We have been at Stony Hill for over 20 years. Location is close to the elementary and middle school which is very convenient. Route 18 and the parkway is right around the corner and plenty of restaurants and stores near by to enjoy. To be honest, parking can be an issue at times but that can be anywhere. More of a people problem then  a complex problem. Big shout out to Mark Morris in the leasing office. Over the years we have seen a few property managers come and go. I've been here for almost 2 years and have had no complaints. The leasing office staff are attentive, extremely friendly and communicate great with you. Maintence workers are friendly, and respond to a call in a timely manner. The property manager is very hands on, knows what needs to be done. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom in the same complex and it was very easy and the front office made the application process easy to transfer over. Whenever we had an issue and brought it to their attention, it was noted and fixed with in the same week. This complex is very well managed, the up-keep is nice, landscapers come weekly and the property is kept clean which is a bonus!
